Big Fred's Bytes - Labor Day Weekend Picnic Update
Happy Labor Day Weekend,
I hope that you have some exciting family activities planned for the last holiday of the Summer of 2013. If you are still looking for an opportunity to spend the day on Saturday with some really neat people, I am available. Now I know that will make everyone want to go the other direction – BUT- I can point you to a place that you will find a bunch of people you won’t want to run from !!! Our Labor Day Picnic with the students is this Saturday at Church and Pam Rupp’s vacation villa along the Allegheny River in Templeton. We will have some boating, swimming, camp fire stories, and lots of good food – and – YOU are invited. Bring the family, a lawn chair, and your swimming suit/towel and enjoy spend ing a couple hours with some fellow Harvest families.
Camp opens at 1 PM (directions and phone # attached)
Eating at 5 PM. We have Pulled Pork, Chicken, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, and whatever you would like to add.
Stay as long as you like.
Seriously, everyone is invited and we should have lots of fun.
We would like to help welcome the students that will be visiting Harvest this weekend and is a great way to do that.
Templeton is only about 10 minutes up river from Kittanning and it is easy to get to the picnic spot – hope to see you there Saturday afternoon. Rumors about horseshoe competition may be true.
